  • The first session is typically two hours, allowing time to explore the underlying patterns and begin the therapy process. Follow-up sessions are generally one to two hours, depending on individual needs.

  • Each person’s journey is different. While some people experience meaningful shifts quickly, many clients choose to undertake a series of sessions in order to work through deeper patterns.

  • There is no special preparation required. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore the patterns or experiences you would like to understand and transform. Robyn will guide you through the process in a supportive and focused way.

  • Yes. Sessions can be held in person or remotely via Zoom or other video platforms, allowing people from anywhere to work with Robyn.
